The form prepares a WhatsApp draft in your browser. Clicking “Create WhatsApp enquiry” opens WhatsApp with those details; you decide whether to send the message. The website does not submit the form to an Astute database. Once you open WhatsApp, that service handles the draft and related technical information under its own privacy terms.
How we use enquiry information
We use information you send to understand your requirements, respond to your enquiry, discuss scope and quotations, and coordinate requested services. Where a project proceeds, relevant information may also be used to maintain project records and meet applicable legal obligations.
