Website use
These terms apply to use of the Astute Constructions Private Limited website. If you do not agree with these terms, please discontinue use. Any separate signed project agreement governs the construction services it covers.
Information and enquiries
The website introduces our company, services and selected project work. Sending an enquiry or downloading a brochure does not create a construction contract, confirm availability or constitute an accepted quotation. Scope, price, schedule, specifications and payment terms must be agreed separately in writing.
Project requirements
Each project depends on site conditions, drawings, statutory permissions, technical specifications and the agreed scope. Website descriptions do not replace a site assessment, engineering design, approvals or project-specific professional advice.
Responsible use
Use the website lawfully. Do not attempt to disrupt it, access systems without permission, distribute malicious code, impersonate another person or submit information you are not authorised to share.
Content and third-party rights
Company branding, photographs, brochure content and other materials remain subject to the rights of their respective owners.
